Julian Hayden

Senior Solicitor & Director

Julian is a senior immigration lawyer and is admitted as a Solicitor and Barrister in Victoria, Australia. Julian holds a Master of Laws and Bachelor of Laws, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Migration Law. Julian has practiced primarily in the area of migration law since 2012. He has experience in all aspects of Australian migration law and citizenship law, but has particular expertise in complex matters such as appeals to Tribunals and Court. Julian specialises in advising businesses on employer sponsored visa pathways in the hospitality, mining, construction, IT and pharmaceutical industries.

Ingrid Parry-Hayden

Registered Migration Agent (#2318165) & Director

Ingrid is a Registered Migration Agent (MARA #2318165) and can provide Australian immigration advice for all Australian visas. Ingrid has eight years of experience in the field of migration law. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Southern Cross University, a Graduate Diploma in Migration Law, and a Diploma in Human Resource Management. Away from the office, Ingrid works in music business. Her experience in this area has provided her with niche industry knowledge, which has seen her representing clients performing at major Australian festivals such as Dark Mofo, Golden Plains Festival & Vivid Sydney. Ingrid specialises in entertainment visas (subclass 408), employer-sponsored visas (subclass 482), and partner visas (subclass 801/820 & 301/100).

Martin Hayden

Education Consultant

Emeritus Professor Dr Martin Hayden is an internationally recognised scholar on global higher education systems. He has held various senior academic appointments at two Australian universities and has become a leader in the field of higher education. For much of his career, Professor Martin Hayden has been heavily engaged in research and consultancy work across the Asian and Pacific regions. He has undertaken projects funded by the Australian Government, the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, the ASEAN Secretariat, and multiple governmental agencies in Asia and the Pacific. Having supervised numerous postgraduate students from Southeast Asia as well as working extensively throughout many countries in the region, Martin has built a deep understanding of the cultural and social conditions of countries in the Asian and Pacific regions.

Martin has assisted numerous students from abroad in managing the challenge of commencing studies in Australia and he understands the various pressures associated with studying and migrating to Australia. At Hayden Migration, Martin coordinates all projects specific to education opportunities within Australia.

Annabel Hsu

Client Relationship Manager

Annabel is a Taiwanese and Australian citizen, having migrated to Australia herself in 2018. She  has a strong passion toward helping people migrate to Australia. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from National Chengchi University and a Master’s degree from the University of Melbourne. Annabel is a registered secondary school teacher in Taiwan and Australia. She has also worked as an education consultant assisting overseas students to find appropriate courses in Australia.

Annabel is responsible for client relations. She is a fluent mandarin speaker.
